Authors with accepted papers

• At least one author of each accepted paper must present the work in person at the conference. Otherwise the paper will be removed from the proceedings and program.
• Online and onsite publication have different fees. The online option does not apply to authors submitting from Taiwan.
• If an author withdraws a paper or cannot attend and cannot transfer the registration to another person: cancellations received before November 15, 2024 are refunded in full minus a 100 USD administrative charge. Cancellations after November 15, 2024 are not refunded. Refunds are made after the conference.
• Force majeure: the organizer cannot accept responsibility for refunds or compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.

Attendees without a paper

• If a registrant cannot attend and cannot transfer the registration to another person: cancellations received before November 15, 2024 are refunded in full. Cancellations after November 15, 2024 are not refunded. Refunds are made after the conference.
• Force majeure: the organizer cannot accept responsibility for refunds or compensation if the conference is prevented or affected by force majeure.
